５日ほど前（2017年1月19日）に、
vine-users ML に、再度 メールを送ってみました。
メーリングリストからの配信は ありませんでした。
今日（2017年1月24日）になって、
「Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender」という件名のメールが
送られてきました。
前回のメールとは、書かれているエラーの内容が 少し違っていました。
下記にそのメールの内容を付けます。

その管理人の方が サーバーの調子を回復してくださったということだと思うのですが、
「vine-users ML」に送ったメールが配信されてくるようになりました。

なので、この件（このバグ）の
「状態」を「完了」に 変更していただけますでしょうか？

現在の日付は、2017年4月4日です。
vine-users MLのサーバーの調子が回復しているようです。
たまたま 一時的に調子が良くなっているだけなのか、
サーバーの管理人の方（かた）もしくは VineLinuxの関係者の方が
調子を回復してくださったのか、
それはわからないのですが。

vine-users MLに メールを送ろうとしたのですが、
エラーのメールが返ってきました。
今回は送ってから すぐにエラーのメールが返ってきました。
以前とは違う感じで、一時的な物なのかもしれませんが、
一応 報告しておきます。
エラーメッセージの中に "codecs.py"というのが出てくるのですが、
もしかして、私が送ったメールの文字コードが
おかしいということでしょうか(?)
